Conductive end brushes are used when you need power brushes for industrial applications where space is an issue. These end brushes are typically used with a high speed hand-held tool for applications including cleaning, polishing, deburring and surface preparation. A wire end brush is generally used for the following applications: polishing molds or dies, cleaning castings, brushing the internal surfaces of holes, flash removal, spot facing, and surface preparation for welding. Typical use involves a hand-held high speed air tool, electric drill, drill press, or robotic finishing equipment.
Conductive end brushes are made with stainless steel or titanium fill material, set in a metal body with a 1" trim length. A choice of either 0.006" or 0.008" bristle diameter is also available.
