The ESD (Electro Static Discharge) brush has been developed over time to meet the specific needs of the electronics industry as well as industries where static-electric charges or build up are detrimental to the manufacturing process. ESD brushes provide manufacturers of electronics and static-sensitive products the tools to clean and manufacture goods without creating a static charge. A variety of brushes have been assembled over the years to meet the various needs associated with low charging brushes.
Gordon Brush® manufactures four lines of finished brushes for StaticFaction, LLC: Anti-Static ESD Brushes; Conductive ESD Brushes; Insulative ESD Brushes; and Static Dissipative ESD Brushes.
One can choose from 14 different fill materials and 12 different handle materials from the left hand navigation. Within each ESD category, one can choose from multiple sub-categories of brushes. Each of these sub-categories has its own set of fill and handle material choices as well as a wide variety of other specs to choose from depending on the sub-category selected.
