Synthetic fill material are used in brushes that encompasses all four ESD categories: Anti-Static, Conductive, Insulative, and Static Dissipative. Synthetic fill material also parts made using, Thunderon® Filament/Tow and Thunderon® Tape.
112 brushes/parts within the six categories are available. These brushes/parts are made from nylon, conductive nylon, static dissipative nylon, PEEK, polypropylene, Thunderon®, or Thunderon®/Goat hair fill, set in an aluminum, metal, plastic, acetal, conductive plastic, stainless steel, static dissipative acetal, zinc-plated steel, or wood handle.
Other selectable parameters include trim length and brush face.
